Time Limit:      20 Mile - 5 Hours

Description:     Course is flat and meanders along the Trinity Trail

Aid Stations:   Located every 2 miles with water and sports drink,
                 fruit and nutrition available at miles 6 and 14

Age Brackets    Under 14     15-19    20-24
                  25-29        30-34    35-39
                  40-44        45-49    50-54
                  55-59        60-64    65-69    70+
                  (based on age on Race Day): 

Divisions:        Men's Open
                  Women's Open
                  Clydesdale (men over 220 lbs.)
                  Athena (women over 150 lbs.)

Registration:     Limited to 250 in each race, 750 TOTAL

• Entry in to 5K, Half Marathon, and 20-Mile Run
• Goodie Bag
• Official Race T-Shirt
• Food, drinks, music, and an award ceremony
• Finsher's medals to all Half-Marathon and 20-Mile participants

Packet Pickup: Oct. 22, 23 and 24 from 10am to 6pm

If you are unable to pick up your packet on these days, you may pickup or register on Sunday morning from 5:30am to 6:45am.
